David J. Stutman
David focuses his practice on personal injury litigation representing primarily plaintiffs in matters including:
- Premises liability
- Automobile and trucking negligence
- Product liability
- Medical negligence
- Dental negligence
David also handles matters under the Federal Employees Liability Act (FELA), representing injured railroad workers.

As a partner at large at a Philadelphia law firm, David practiced in the areas of negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence, product liability and workers' compensation. At Temple Law School, David was a member of the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Honor Society.

David's community involvement has included:
- Handling cases on a pro bono basis for the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP)
