David Shafie
David focuses his Pennsylvania and New Jersey practice on personal injury litigation, representing inured victims in matters including:

- Subrogation/Property damage
David has tried cases to verdict in Pennsylvania State Courts and is admitted to Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

David graduated from Northeast Catholic H.S. for Boys in 1990 and Saint Joseph’s University in 1994. After working for three years at the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia, he attended Temple University, Beasley School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2001 and Distinguished Class Performance in Evidence. For much of his career, David worked on the defense side of personal injury litigation. His experience with insurance companies and self-insureds now brings added insight to his clients. David joined the firm in 2018.
