CARBON HEALTH patients who believe they were victims of sexual assault, improper medical exams, or unauthorized photographing or recording are urged to come forward.

A civil lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a victim against both Mr. Garcia and Carbon Health jointly by Attorney Robert Lynch, at Hoffman, Sternberg, Karpf & Lynch, LLC, and Attorney Kevin O’Brien, at Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway.
